  • Nicholas T. Ryan

    Nick Ryan has founded and leads a variety of diversified business and political interests in Iowa and across the nation. An active investor and entrepreneur, Ryan has founded and owns an interest in a variety of agriculture, energy and renewable resources, financial services, information technology, and marketing endeavors.

    In 2007, Ryan founded the American Future Fund (AFF), a 501(c)4 public interest organization focused on advocating free market principles. Under Mr. Ryan’s leadership, AFF has emerged as the go-to national leader in advocating for limited government and free market solutions to the problems facing the United States. Under Ryan’s leadership, AFF has grown to be one of the largest conservative organizations in the country.

    In addition to his work with AFF, Mr. Ryan is the Founder of Global Intermediate, a national mail and political communications firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and West Des Moines, IA. Mr. Ryan also serves as founder and President of Concordia Group LLC, a public affairs firm headquartered in West Des Moines, IA focusing on project management, communications strategy, and grassroots advocacy for corporate, non-profit and political clientele.

    In 2015, Mr. Ryan was named President of Pursuing America’s Greatness, a super political action committee supporting Governor Mike Huckabee. Pursuing America’s Greatness is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas.

    In 2011, Mr. Ryan founded the Red, White & Blue Fund, former Presidential candidate and U.S. Senator Rick Santorum’s (R-PA) super political action committee. Mr. Ryan also served as a top political advisor for Congressman Jim Nussle (R-IA), where he ran three successful congressional campaigns in Eastern Iowa, winning those campaigns in one of the most challenging congressional districts in the nation.

    Mr. Ryan has been recognized for his work in national and state politics, beingnamed one of “America’s Rising Political Stars” by Campaign and Elections magazine and a “Top 50 Politico to Watch” by POLITICO.

    Ryan is a member of the University of Iowa’s Presidents Club and the Kinnick Society and also endowed the Nicholas T. Ryan Family Athletic Scholarship at the University of Iowa.

    Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in political science. He received his law degree from Drake University Law School.

    Mr. Ryan is a Roman Catholic and is a Member of the Knights of Columbus. He resides in Clear Lake, Iowa and is married and has one son.



     

  • Jill Latham Ryan

    Mrs. Ryan is a principal at Concordia Group LLC. At Concordia Group, Ryan works closely on the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the American Future Fund, one of the nation’s most influential political and policy advocacy organizations, as well as The Progress Project.

    Mrs. Ryan served as Iowa senior advisor to Sen. Rick Santorum’s 2012 Presidential Campaign. In that role, Ryan planned and implemented a campaign that helped the perceived underdog candidate win the 2012 Iowa Caucuses. After the Iowa Caucuses, Ryan took a leave of absence from Concordia Group to serve as deputy national campaign manager for Rick Santorum for President, where she directed national operations and campaign advance for a campaign that won 11 Republican primaries across the nation—the most primary victories for a grassroots candidacy since Ronald Reagan’s 1976 campaign.

    Prior to joining Concordia Group, Mrs. Ryan worked on Capitol Hill and around the country, including serving as Iowa political director for Gov. Mitt Romney's 2008 presidential campaign and as a part of President Bush's 2004 re-election campaign. Ryan also served as the political director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin from 2005-2006.

  • Amanda Bacon

    Mrs. Bacon is a principal at Concordia Group LLC.

    Mrs. Bacon has played a lead role on numerous projects, exhibiting an expertise in details. She has managed several multi-million dollar projects for clients in media placement and overall project management. Her attention to detail is second to none.

    Mrs. Bacon, originally from Dubuque, has previous job experience working for the Office of Risk Management at Iowa State University. She also serves on the board of directors of American Future Fund Political Action. Mrs. Bacon has also previously served as a mentor through the Youth & Shelter Services, Inc. in Ames, Iowa.

  • Audrey Cord

    Mrs. Cord is the Executive Assistant to the President of Concordia Group. She is responsible for managing his schedule and conserving his time by drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information, and handling telecommunications.

    Prior to joining Concordia Group in 2015, Mrs. Cord lived in Nashville, TN where she worked for 2 years as a nanny for a busy family with 3 daughters. It was there that she learned how to multitask and balance multiple schedules.

    Mrs. Cord was born and raised in Sioux City, IA. She attended Simpson College in Indianola, IA where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Management with a minor in Accounting. She currently resides in the Beaverdale neighborhood of Des Moines with her husband and dog.
